will work together with employers and will undertake the activity of manpower search and recruitment, locally and/or from abroad, as required by the employers, as follows:

• Search and obtain (locally or from abroad) suitably qualified employees/workers, as specified by the employer.  We will also work with our current data-base.

• Provide short-listed resume of suitably qualified employees/workers to the employer for interview/job offer.

• Arrange interviews as required.

• For local employees who have been successfully recruited, will inform them accordingly and advice them to report for work as stipulated by the employer.

• For foreign employees/workers who have been successful,   will ensure that all travel documents and medical requirements are in order and the calling visa being obtained for each employee/worker. will also conduct a briefing for all successful candidates at their home country before they depart.

• A representative from will be at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (or at any other arrival point) to meet foreign employees/workers for smooth clearance and onward departure to place of work.
