CONTRACT
SCOPE

Client will provide accurate and relevant information

SERVICE
FEE
Upon
successful appointment of our candidate, client will pay agensi
pekerjaan
a service fee as follow

PAYMENT
TERMS
All
payments are to be made within 14 calendar days from the
date of invoice from agensi pekerjaan
PLACEMENT
GUARANTEE
Should
a selected candidate leave the position during the guarantee
period,
offers to provide a suitable
replacement at no additional cost.
This guarantee is subject to the client having
settled the invoice as per the payment terms mentioned
above, and having informed
in writing
within 5 working days of the candidate’s last day at work.
A 50% refund is applicable, should agensi
pekerjaan
be unable to provide a suitable replacement within the
guarantee period or should the client decide not to pursue a
replacement search.
The
Client will not at any time either on his behalf or on
behalf of other(s) company offer verbally and/or in
writing either temporary or permanent employment to any of
our candidate(s) who were initially rejected or not
shortlisted by the client, within 6 (six) calendar months from the
date of introduction by
. Should
employment be offered in such cases, the normal service fee
(as stated above) will apply.
ACCEPTANCE
OF TERMS OF BUSINESS
Unless
agreed upon and signed, the terms stated above are valid for
30 days. agensi
Pekerjaan
reserves the right to amend the terms of
business.
